Dispatched + tracked
Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. Follow your order in real time from dispatch to door.

Orders shipping outside the US may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country and order value. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. Check your local customs regulations if you're unsure.
Quick answers
Why does it take that long?
Your tee doesn't exist until you order it. Printify sends it to a print partner who prints, quality checks, and packs it before handing it to the carrier. That production step takes 2–5 business days, then shipping adds on top of that.
How do I get free shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free worldwide — automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If you catch it within a few hours of ordering, contact us and we'll try to update it before production starts. Once an order enters production we can't guarantee changes will make it in time.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Tracking can lag 24–48 hours after dispatch. Give it a day and check again. If it's been 5+ days with no movement, reach out and we'll investigate with Printify.
My order shows delivered but I didn't receive it.
Check with neighbours and your building entrance first — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll open a claim.
